Not an EV Problem Alone

Instead, it is the sheer volume of always on electronics packed into modern vehicles, whether they run on gasoline, hybrid systems, or batteries alone. This includes plug in hybrids like the Wrangler 4xe, where NHTSA instructed owners to stop charging their vehicles until repairs were completed.
